InteliChart Patient Portal for Riverview, Sumner and Trousdale
Highpoint Health – Riverview, Highpoint Health – Sumner and Highpoint Health – Trousdale have a new patient portal as of April 16, 2026. See below for information about accessing this new portal, powered by InteliChart.
Please Note: Intelichart records are only available for those who have been at the hospital on 4/16/26 and forward. See below for additional information on how to access older records.
The Intelichart Patient Portal offers secure, fast and free access to your medical records from anywhere.
Our patient portal was created with you in mind. By agreeing to participate and providing your email address, you will have access to important information about your recent hospital visit including:
- Procedures performed during your visit
- List of current and past medical issues
- Discharge instructions
- Lists of current medications and medication history
- Radiology and laboratory test results
- And more!
Register
Patients can provide their email address at the time of hospital registration and will automatically receive an email invite to sign-up for the patient portal within approximately 24 hours. This email contains a personalized code unique to you to verify your identify.
Portal access is not available for patients 14-17 years old. Parents and guardians may request access to records for minors 13 and under.
If you do not receive your invitation email within 24 hours, you may contact portal support for an invitation using the support email address or phone number listed below. Please include name, date of birth and phone number in the message for assistance.

After you have successfully enrolled with InteliChart, you may also access your health information via the InteliChart Patient Portal App—available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, sign-in with your credentials.

Leave a voicemail with your name, date of birth and call back number at 615.328.2605.

Until 4/30/26, patients still have access to the previous patient portal, SYNTELLIS, where records can be downloaded if needed. If you were already enrolled in the Syntellis portal and have issues logging in, please contact 800.851.5043.
How to Download Records
- Log in to https://communicator.syntellis.com.
- Once logged into the patient portal, access the health record you want to download by clicking the "DOWNLOAD MY DATA" icon from the home screen.
- Next, click "Download Health Data."
- Under the "Download Health Data" section, select PDF or XML for the download format. Click the "BlueButton Download my data" icon to generate the CCD document. Note: If required by your browser, click "Yes" to view the exported file.
Note: Any patient data that you download from the portal is marked as "sensitive." This indicates that the file contains protected health information (PHI).
Need Records After April 30?
If you do not download your records before the portal sunsets, you may request copies of your medical records through our third-party medical records administrator, Verisma.

Hospital Patient Portal for Sewanee and Winchester
Highpoint Health – Sewanee and Highpoint Health – Winchester have a new patient portal as of March 23, 2026. See below for information about accessing this new portal, powered by Meditech.
By registering, you can:
- View results
- View discharge summaries
- Review medications and much more
Patients now have the option to self-enroll in the patient portal. Click the link below and complete the information under create account. All info entered must exactly match what is in your hospital patient record.
Patients may also access their health information via the Meditech MHealth App – available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, search for your state and choose “Highpoint Winchester & Sewanee" to proceed.
